EXCELLENT TRIP TO MUNNAR Mr Binoy of Kerala.com Travel Division at Cochin arranged our trip to Munnar. He also suggested the best budget-friendly resort at Chithirapuram before Munnar. My father and mother were along with me. The stay and the taxi arrangements were excellent. The driver guided us to various sightseeing locations in Munnar. The only problem we faced was the rain. Amazing experience, definitely recommend! Absolutely amazing experience with Jomon Thomas, best taxi driver we’ve ever had. He was with us for 6 days and we went from the Airport, to Munnar, to Thekkady, to Alleppey and finally Fort Kochi. His local knowledge is fantastic and he knows all the good spots to take us. Completely unsafe, unprofessional, and unethical. Extremely poor and unsafe experience with this cab service throughout our trip. The driver consistently drove rashly, and on the last day, this resulted in an actual accident while we were on our way to the airport, putting our safety directly at risk. We left our hotel 5 hours before our departure time, still he was driving very harshly. Throughout the trip, the driver was rude and moody, despite us being courteous enough to offer him food with us on multiple occasions. Routes taken were unnecessarily long, seemingly to avoid toll charges that were the operator's own responsibility as part of the package at the cost of our time and comfort and that resulted extra consumption of our kilometers and caused us a physical and mental stress because of unsafe route and driving. And, when we realised this and asked him, he said his senior will punish him if he get's the message of toll tax. The most alarming part came on the final day. Despite no such terms being discussed at the time of booking, we were pressured and harassed for extra money. They refused to hand over our luggage, even though we were already running late for our flight. This felt like deliberate harassment and borders on extortion, especially given the time pressure of a flight departure. And in the end they don't even consider advance booking amount paid by us. This entire experience felt less like a professional service and more like a fraud operation designed to exploit travelers when they have no choice but to comply. Kochi - Munnar round trip.. excellent taxi service We had a wonderful experience with them. We rented Innova Hycross for 3 days from Kochi to Munnar round trip. Martin was the person assigned. He was extremely professional, accomodating and a nice person. Thanks to him my son had a wonderful time in an adventure park near Munnar. The car was also very well kept, clean and like new. Best Staff We had a very positive experience with Kapil Mohan Chetta driving us through Kerala. He remained extremely patient and cooperative throughout the trip. Great overall We went on 4 nights kerala trip on Innova crysta - Mr. Sabu was our Chauffeur. Car interiors were very clean and maintained. Mr. Sabu had complete knowledge of all routes and best of everything wherever we wanted to visit. He even booked tickets for experiences wherever we wanted to go.
